Community Manager will need to perform the following Tasks:
- Strategize with team mates an engaging social media calendar
- Create engaging social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok : Stories and Feed)
- Read and Respond all Reviews on Google and social media platforms.
- Compile a list of reviews per restaurant
- Write captions for social media posts
- Press and News Releases in French and English with Marketing Director
- Analyze sales on a daily basis
- Create Email Blasts with MailChimp
- Work with photographers and videographers to post ideas and create moodboards.
Community / Communications Manager must have:
- Excellent communications skills in french and english
- Writing ability
- Content Curation
- Project Management
- Aptitude to Learn
- Basic Marketing Knowledge: Don’t need a marketing degree, but need good foundational knowledge about how marketing works.
- Strategic Thinking
- Relationship building
- Analytical Skill
